We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your data is processed exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions (in particular the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act, BDSG).

This privacy policy informs you about which personal data we collect when you use our website, how we use it and what rights you have.

3. Collection and Storage of Personal Data When Visiting the Website

When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects information and temporarily stores it in so-called server log files. The following data may be recorded:

• Name and URL of the file accessed
• Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
• Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your device

This website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4-6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. The servers are located in Germany; no data is transferred to third countries outside the EU. Mittwald processes the data arising in the course of operating the website on our behalf as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. A corresponding data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

4. Cookies

Our website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services. No user profiles are created. For this reason, no cookie banner is used either, as no content requiring consent is loaded without your active consent.

Only when the Google Maps map is loaded (see section 6) may cookies be set by Google, and only after you have expressly consented to the map being displayed.

5. Fonts (hosted locally)

For a consistent appearance, we use the Fraunces and Inter typefaces. These are served exclusively locally from our own server. When the website is accessed, no connection is established to servers of Google or other third-party providers, and no data is transferred to third parties.

6. Google Maps

On the home page and the contact page, we embed map material from the Google Maps service to show you our location. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (for users in the EEA), where applicable in conjunction with Google LLC, USA.

For data protection reasons, the map is not loaded automatically. Only when you actively click the "Load map" button is the map displayed and data, including your IP address, transferred to Google. A transfer to the USA is possible in this context. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Your consent applies only to the current page view; reloading the page hides the map again.

7. Online Appointment Booking

For online appointment scheduling, we link to the external service Teemer. When you click this link, you leave our website and are taken to the provider's page, where the provider's own privacy policy applies. Data is only transferred to the provider once you actively open the link and enter information there.

8. Contact Form and Email Contact

If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, your details, including the contact data you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
